Mimar Gazanfer Karlıca mimari tasarım, iç mimari, dekoratif yapı sistemleri, konut inşaası ve restorasyon alanlarında hizmet verir.

Bir mimarın bir istikamette ilerleyebilmesi için içinde yaşadığı cemiyetin eğitim, ekonomik durum ile uyumlu binaları tasarlamasını ön görür.

Tarihsel ( arkeolojik, kentsel, mimari ve sanatsal ) mirasın belgelenmesi, arşivlenmesi, incelenmesi ve yaşamını sürdürmesi ve kültürel sentezin geleceðe aktarılması ancak yapıların kentsel bütünlük içerisinde ele alınarak oluşturulmasını gerektirir.

Architect Gazanfer Karlıca has completed projects throughout Turkey. He graduated Yıldız Teknik University in 1989. For all projects, his partners and associates provide a high standard of personalized and responsive service from initial planning through completion. Architect Gazanfer Karlıca's experience includes private villas, flats, hotels, schools, offices and sport complex, commercial and corporate facilities. He has been working with several his colleagues in many projects over 15 years. Architects Abdürrahim Bayramoğlu, M. Erdem Soydaş, Hayriye Seven, Can Taşkıran, Mustafa Coşgunçay and engineers M. Seyfullah Keçeci and Ali Erdoğan have been working several projects together.
